For the first time in its history, in 2014 Leixões Container Terminal moves 650,000 TEU in one year!

A new absolute record that will be marked tomorrow, Tuesday, with the symbolic act of loading the 650,000 TEU in TCL North Terminal.

There will be a ceremony at the Leixões Passenger Station, chaired by Mr. Brogueira Dias, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Port Authority.

Two years after it exceeded the threshold of 600,000 TEU, TCL fixed a new record, confirming Leixões Container Terminal as the largest national import-export container terminal.
