Once again, the Leixões Container Terminal was very close to reaching the 14,000 TEU handled in a single week.
This time was on week no. 39, comprised between the 22nd and the 28th September. The result achieved was 13,763 TEU, having been handled 8,717 containers.
Throughout the week, 30 ships called the TCL.
The most intense days in the number of containers discharged/loaded, was September 23, with the operation of six ships and the handling of 1,844 containers, equivalent to 2,793 TEU.
Furthermore, the activity in the container yard, where were handled over 6,959 containers, with the arrival of 3,775 and the departure of 3,184 that entered/left the port by road.
