TCL EXCEEDS 13,500 TEU ON WEEK No. 45 2014-11-12 Started off well the month of November at the TCL. Between the 3rd and 9th of November, the Leixões Container Terminal handled 13,530 TEU, corresponding to 8,693 containers. Throughout the week no. 45, the TCL received and operated 30 ships. The most "productive" day, counted the number of containers handled, was November 4, Tuesday. Then were operated six ships and unloaded/loaded 1,660 containers, equivalent to 2,471 TEU. To the positive numbers reached in the quay front further compounded the movements recorded in the container yard. 7,960 containers were handled, as the result of the 3,951 received and the 4,009 dispatched, that arrived/left the port by land. |
