It seems 2010 will be another record year for TCL, and with a higher growth tax regarding the previous years.
When there’s only December to close the year, TCL has added already 441,164 TEU handled, representing thus a corresponding growth of 5.6%.
Between January and November, TCL handled more containers and bigger ones, as the growth of 4.2% in the number of units handled indicates: 278,750.
In 2009, TCL handled   454,503 TEU, which means the next record is at a distance of only 13 thousand TEU. And with this one, it will be the 11th year of successive growth for the concession of the Container Terminal of Leixões.
