RECEPTION OF CONTAINERS IN LEIXÕES TERMINAL (TEMPORARY MEASURES)

We refer to the joint statement of APDL and TCL which was published in our web site and specify measures to be taken from 08h00 tomorrow, 27.11.2012.

Given the extraordinary flow of road and rail freight arriving to Port of Leixões, TCL will inform at 15.00 each working day, to which vessels will be authorized the reception of export containers from the next day onwards.

So from 08h00 tomorrow, 27.11.2012, and according to the ETA of ships to Leixões, is authorized the reception of export containers to the following ships:

• Conmar Fjord, ETA - 25/11/2012

• Johanna Scheppers, ETA - 25/11/2012

• Ruby, ETA - 25/11/2012

• Santa Giovana, ETA - 25/11/2012

• Jork Rider, ETA - 26/11/2012

• Madeirense 3, ETA - 26/11/2012

• Charlotte Borchard, ETA - 26/11/2012

• Sophia, ETA - 26/11/2012

• ND Durban, ETA - 26/11/2012

• BGF Iberia, ETA - 26/11/2012

• Rachel Borchard, ETA - 28/11/2012

• Safmarine Anita, ETA - 28/11/2012

• Discover Sloman, ETA - 29/11/2012

• Elite, ETA - 29/11/2012

• Wec Brughel, ETA - 29/11/2012

If the estimated time of arrival / working of the vessels changes, TCL will also change the authorization for reception of containers in accordance.

We inform that the reception of export containers for all services calling at the Port of Leixões will be allowed only after the end of operations of the previous call in the schedule of same service.

We also inform that roll over of containers between different vessels/calls, are subject to the tariff in force for every extra movement in terminal storage area.

Finally, we request the best collaboration of all in the implementation and dissemination of the changes of procedures to achieve the goals we set ourselves.

Tomorrow, 27.11.2012, until 15.00 hours, TCL will update the list of vessels authorized to receive containers.
