PORT COMMUNITY OF LEIXÕES AT THE MEETING OF THE PORTS OF CPLP

The 3rd Encounter of the Ports of CPLP is being held in Luanda, which gathers representatives of the Port Administrations of Portugal, Brazil and the PALOP.
The scope of the meeting, of annual periodicity, is to narrow the relationships between the lusophone ports, to promote know-how interchange and to incite the commercial flow between the different regions.
For the meeting at the Angolan capital is previewed the presentation of the first results of a study on the potentialities of the market of the member-ports.
Aware of the importance of this meeting for the development of the activity, also because the lusophone strategic countries in the present and in the future of Leixões, the Port Community of Leixões, presided by Jaime Vieira dos Santos decided to participate directly at the Luanda meeting, supplementing the institutional representation of APDL.
